REFUND POLICY

Dear customer, Thank you for the purchase We hope your happy with the purchase , however if your not satisfied with the purchase for any reason you may return to us for a full refund only .Please see the below for more information. 

RETURNS 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days days of purchase date .Returns must be in new condition and unused .with all orginal tags and labels attached

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please email @[email protected] to obtain a Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) .After receiving an RMA number place the package in its originsl  packaging and include your proof of purchase  . then mail your product to the following  address

REFUNDS 

After recieving your return and inspecting the conditionof your item , we will process your return.Please allow at least 12 days from the reciept of your item to process your return.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statemen, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
